Promises of the Course
We gather twice per year at a retreat center to nurture our individual and collective journeys back to where we came in -- to our pure, undefended state of being. There is a place of quiet peace where your body is in a state of relaxation and pleasure and your awareness is unrestricted, expanded. We invite you to return to that place, over and over, learning to make the distinctions and clearing the restrictions so that you can live there all the time.
The Week At Ease is designed to nourish the explorer within you, that part of you that knows without any doubt that there is more to life than culture has taught us -- more to pleasure, more to vitality, more to relationship, more to contribution. We have created seven and a half days for you to take your exploration to the next level.
During the retreat we will:
Ground you in restful alertness over an extended period.
Facilitate your getting into states of expanded consciousness so that the process of letting go and expanding is integrated into your body/mind.
Give you individual attention to assist you in perceiving clearly where you expand, where you contract.
Give you new exercises, which you can do at home, to keep you opening.
Nourish your body/mind with deep rest, giving much attention to your body's relaxation and pleasure.
If you know that your purpose and desire is to live your life on earth as fully as possible and to discover and nurture the part of you that is divine, please join us at this retreat. We continue to explore the territory just ahead of you and are excited to share it with you, giving you both new information and the experience of our stillness.
Participants in the Week At Ease most often keep the state of deep stillness which is created at the course in their lives after they return to their lives.

Testimonials
"The Week at Ease was the most joyful and restful time of my life. I achieved states of stillness and clarity that I did not know were posssible and I have been able to maintain that. My connection with people has improved dramatically and my intuition is constantly available to me." Chuck B., Houston, TX
"As a project manager in charge of multi-million dollar construction projects I discovered that the results from the Week at Ease course were dramatic, broad, and still continue to surface even a year or so later. The clarity and congruence of my communications with others has improved ten fold. I am able to hone in on the exact problem within a complex situation and determine the exact solution with an ease that I never knew existed. I find that I have become a resource for others as well.... I highly recommend this course." Kevin Swinney, Fesco Systems LLC
"The (Week at Ease) workshop, with its technologies, was a life changing event for me. I experienced and continue to explore a quiet relaxed place within--physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually--that I had not known existed." Susan L., Atlanta, GA
"... the impact came the day after leaving the (Week At Ease) when standing in a clearing I stopped, closed my eyes, and - whomp, I expanded so wide and my body felt so good - I was hooked! Hooked, for a change, on something extraordinarily good for me. Since then I have continued to awaken to new awareness of my body, relaxation, and the good things the universe holds for us if we allow ourselves to reach out." Carole C., Houston, Texas
