Since 1973 I have driven forward with a single purpose - to regain the "light". An experience of the light had occurred when all in this world seemed lost -- my mother had suddenly dropped dead at age 51; I had lost my job teaching at a local college; chemical poisoning stripped me of my passion - a promising career in photography.
In the midst of despair, profound clarity emerged unexpectedly. Being in the light was terrifying and exhilarating and answered completely my questions about love and God. The experience lasted for a day and a half. I went back to my ordinary perception; but my desire to get back to that light, that peace, that wholeness was overwhelming.
I have explored many directions over the years - reading, studying with masters, meditating, and learning skills to live a healthy, fulfilling life. I have spent twenty-five years focusing on facilitating deep relaxation and ease in the body using massage therapy, biomechanics, acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Each of my studies, teachers and experiences has provided me pieces toward my goal. In 2001 these pieces came together in a profoundly effective new approach, the Technology of Stillness™.
I now live in states that I could only "fall into" randomly in the past. And I am still actively searching for the next level of expanded consciousness and wholeness. I have learned that expansion is automatic as one moves into deeper levels of stillness. My responsibility and my pleasure is to lead the way in discovering - and sharing - new techniques for increasing stillness. I couldn't do anything else.
